Corry Hull is Vice President of Employee Benefits at BHC Insurance, founder of Employer Benefits IQ, and author of The High Performance Health Plan. He is a Health Rosetta Certified Advisor, a 2026 Health Rosetta Rosie Award recipient, and holds the designations of Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC®) and Certified Self-Funding Specialist (CSFS®).

Corry's work centers on a single conviction: employer healthcare should be managed as a business strategy, not treated as an annual insurance renewal. Over nearly two decades in employee benefits, he has helped employers across industries gain greater clarity and control over how healthcare dollars are spent — and build benefit programs that perform better for both the organization and its employees.

As Vice President of Employee Benefits at BHC Insurance, Corry leads advisory and consulting work for employer clients navigating complex benefit decisions. BHC Insurance is the second largest privately held insurance agency in Arkansas, with more than 100 years in business and 80 professionals serving clients across Arkansas, Oklahoma, and 39 additional states. His practice spans self-funded health plan design, pharmacy benefit management strategy, ERISA fiduciary governance, claims and healthcare data analytics, and the full range of cost-containment and plan-performance disciplines.

Corry founded Employer Benefits IQ as the practical application and decision-support platform for The High Performance Health Plan Framework™. Employer Benefits IQ provides employers with 48 tools, benchmarking data, 158 learning modules covering 620 individual lessons, vendor intelligence across 185 unique vendors and 232 published profiles, and structured decision support across five priority paths: reducing renewal pressure, fixing pharmacy spend, evaluating self-funding, evaluating vendors, and benchmarking benefits.

His book, The High Performance Health Plan, provides employers with a practical framework for understanding where healthcare dollars go, gaining greater control over the system, and building benefits that perform better for both the organization and employees. The book is the knowledge foundation for the broader High Performance Health Plan system — which includes the 10-Component Framework™, the Health Plan Score™, the ALIGN→SEE→CONTROL→PURCHASE→GUIDE→MEASURE→IMPROVE Methodology, the Roadmap, and the Maturity Model (Crawl → Walk → Run → Sprint).

Corry is a Health Rosetta Certified Advisor and a 2026 recipient of the Health Rosetta Rosie Award — recognition given to advisors who demonstrate exceptional commitment to improving employer healthcare purchasing. He is also a partner firm member of United Benefit Advisors (UBA), one of the largest independent employee benefits advisory organizations in the United States.

He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and a sought-after guest on podcasts and media programs focused on employer healthcare strategy, self-funded health plans, pharmacy benefit management, and the future of employee benefits. His media appearances and written work are catalogued through the Employer Benefits IQ media center.

Corry lives and works in Rogers, Arkansas, in the heart of Northwest Arkansas. He is active in the local business community and committed to helping employers in the region — and across the country — build better-performing benefit programs.

Philosophy

"Stop Managing the Renewal. Start Managing Healthcare."

Most employers treat healthcare as an annual insurance renewal — a cost to be managed, not a system to be optimized. Corry Hull believes there is a better way. Employer healthcare should be managed as an operating system and a business strategy: with ownership, transparency, data, and accountability at every level.
